You do not need to manage a mod club to feel this. Start a Career Mode with any team in the database and the ground on the team sheet will read like real football, not a placeholder arena pulled from the wrong country.

FC 26 still ships with generic or outdated ground names for hundreds of clubs — especially outside the marketing leagues EA promotes every year. EUROPEAN MOD 26 replaces that with real stadium identities collected through a large research pass: official club sites, league registers, federation documents and broadcast references cross-checked club by club. Metalist 1925 Kharkiv play at a ground that reflects their real home, not a fictional template. Kifisias carry their actual Athens-area stadium name. The work was slow and unglamorous, but when the pre-match screen shows the correct ground, Career Mode immediately feels more grounded.

Capacities That Match Reality

Every club in the database received a realistic seat capacity based on the same research pipeline. The spread is intentional: Kifisias now sit at 8,760 — a compact Super League Greece ground where every seat feels close to the pitch. Metalist 1925 Kharkiv hold 40,000 — a large Ukrainian home that changes the scale of a matchday. From intimate Balkan grounds to Russian and Kazakh arenas, capacities reflect how big each club's home actually is.
